An ARLA-qualified professional, Helen is a recognised authority on Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) regulations. She collaborates closely with Coventry City Council and Warwick District Councils, with the Maychild team being officially approved to hold HMO Licences. Pam is a highly valued member of the Maychild team, bringing over 25 years of experience in housing law, client support, and property advisory services. Pam’s journey began after attending the University of Warwick, where she joined Citizens Advice as an advisor. Rising quickly through the ranks, she managed bureaux operations and later transitioned into the corporate sector, where she ran national legal helplines. Her experience in these roles gave her deep insights into housing law, tenant rights, and landlord responsibilities, which she now shares with Maychild clients.

Returning to Kenilworth to settle with her son, Pam has developed an impressive understanding of the local community, housing market, and school systems. Fifteen years ago, they purchased, extended, and renovated their current family home, an experience that further fueled Helen’s interest in the local property market and inspired her to invest in residential lettings.

With nearly a decade as part of the Maychild team, Helen has become an invaluable asset, blending her personal experience as a landlady with her professional expertise.
