He has also established several successful sales and lettings businesses in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Gary’s estate agency business training and consultancy services are sought after by other property agents across the country. Gary holds both National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents qualifications, and has been qualified for over a decade.

Helen Delaney has extensive experience in property sector having worked as a letting agent for over 6 years. She also has a legal and regulatory background in local authority’s housing and environmental health departments. Helen is an expert on HMO regulations, working closely with local authorities to gain recognition. MayChild are approved by Warwick District Councils to hold HMO licenses on behalf of landlords. Helen and Gary have their own private portfolio of residential and student lettings giving them personal first-hand experience of being investors, landlords and homeowners. Helen’s knowledge and strong organisational skills have blended beautifully with the business to provide the highest level of advice and service.
Living in Kenilworth with her family and having been a local town councillor, Helen has a solid knowledge of the area and is always happy to advise new comers.
Fay was appointed as a Managing Director of MayChild Estate and Letting Agents at the beginning of January 2019. Having worked for MayChild for around four years. Fay has 17 years estate agency experience and has developed her career in Kenilworth, Leamington, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby and surrounding villages.

Pam has extensive experience in helping clients, beginning her journey 20 years ago as an advisor with Citizens Advice, then managing bureaux before moving into the corporate world and running national legal helplines. She has spent many years working with areas of Housing Law, offering advice and support to both landlords and tenants on their rights and responsibilities. After attending the University near here several years ago Pam moved back to Kenilworth a few years ago to settle with her son and has a good local knowledge of the housing, facilities and schools to help people moving to the area.

I grew up in Coventry and moved to Kenilworth 7 years ago, where we bought, extended and renovated our current home. I am a fully registered and regulated member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers having been a Bookkeeper for some 15 years. I started off in the Banking sector some 30 years ago and have since worked in the Estate Agency sector on the Residential Sales side previously. I also own a residential let , so I do understand the importance of accurate accounts, handling client’s money and processing payments promptly. In the case of rent arrears I will always work closely with the team to chase for late payment keeping you closely updated of progress.
