MayChild is a modern independent Estate and Lettings Agency, with its registered office in Kenilworth, serving Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwick, Redditch and beyond. The business is family owned by husband and wife, Gary & Helen Delaney, with a team of intelligent, fully trained property consultants all servicing their own locations with local knowledge and passion. MayChild specialise in the sale and rental of residential, commercial and student property across Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Gary has over 12 years’ experience from the grass roots all the way up to managing 7 estate and letting agency offices. He has also established several successful sales and lettings businesses in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Gary's estate agency business training and consultancy services are sought after by other property agents across the country. Holding both National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents qualifications for over a decade.

Helen Delaney has extensive experience in the legal and regulatory sector as an independent senior programme manager as well as time spent working for the local authority's housing and environmental health departments. Helen's knowledge and strong organisational skills have blended beautifully with the business to provide the highest level of advice and service. Helen has developed her skills and knowledge on HMO regulations, working closely with local authorities to gain recognition. MayChild are approved by Warwick District Councils to hold HMO licenses on behalf of landlords. Helen and Gary have their own private portfolio of residential and student lettings giving them personal first-hand experience of being investors, landlords and homeowners.

Sunny Bagga, Kenilworth’s property consultant, has the distinction of graduating with a Masters in Architecture and will qualify as a Chartered Architect with the Royal Institution of British Architects (RIBA) in 2015. Sunny enhances our team by offering a range of architectural services. In addition Sunny has his own residential let giving him first-hand experience of being a landlord and property owner.

With 15 years estate agency experience, Fay began her love of property around the age of 17 as a trainee sales negotiator for a leading Warwick based estate agent, after extensive training and promotion she then transferred to their Coventry office to work as a full time valuer. Fay recently successfully developed and ran a South Coventry based estate agency branch.

Fay’s desire to succeed and provide a high level of customer satisfaction is backed up by her extensive experience in Property Appraisals, Property Viewings, Sales Negotiation, Sales Progression, Applicant and Vendor Care.

Pam has extensive experience in helping clients, beginning her journey 20 years ago as an advisor with Citizens Advice, then managing bureaux before moving into the corporate world and running national legal helplines. She has spent many years working with areas of Housing Law and advising and supporting both landlords and tenants on their rights and responsibilities. After attending the University near here several years ago Pam moved back to Kenilworth a few years ago to settle with her son and has a good local knowledge of the housing, facilities and schools to help people moving to the area.

I have a passionate belief in the principle of treating each person as an individual, not a number on a conveyor belt. I believe in the value of taking time to understand someone’s needs and hopes and offering a professional, approachable and efficient service to help them realise that”.
